Currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the following:
Drafting Technician (Residential Plot Plans)
Key skills and qualifications (including but not limited to):
- Candidate must have previous experience in drafting Residential Plot Plans.
- Interpret and analyze Building Grade Plans, Construction Plans, Legal Survey Plans, Right of Way Plans.
- Apply your knowledge gained from previous experience to be able to create a finalized Residential Plot Plan that meets current Municipal guidelines.
- Knowledge of drainage patterns, construction standards, Land Use Bylaws and setback standards are required.
- The successful candidate must possess knowledge of, and proficiency with, AutoCAD Microsurvey or equivalent
Experience / Education:
- Diploma in geomatics, civil engineering, or drafting
- A minimum of 3years' prior work experience in the same or similar capacity
- Meticulous attention to details
- Excellent command and comprehension of English
