FRH Maintenance and Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet movers, and aerial equipment, as well as in some cases other heady duty industrial equipment. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and your ability to communicate effectively with customers and maintain positive relationships is crucial.
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair a diverse range of equipment
· Communicate effectively and maintain a positive relationship with our customers
· Manage customer fleets being able to effectively plan routine maintenance, service and repairs
Qualifications:
· Automotive or Heavy Duty Red Seal accreditation or a minimum of Level 3 apprentice
· Prior experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, or forklift repair industries is highly valued
· Strong customer service and communication abilities
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Must have own tools
· Prior experience with material handling equipment is an asset
