Robert Half is recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for a client in the Food industry. This is a part-time contract, working 15-20 hours/week for 3 months to start. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives. This role is focused on coordination, scheduling, and execution rather than strategy development, helping ensure campaigns and marketing activities run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
Coordinate and execute social media content using existing brand assets and templates.
Build and schedule email campaigns and leverage existing email databases to promote new initiatives.
Support project management activities and track campaign deliverables.
Perform basic editing of event videos and other marketing content as needed.
Assist with event promotion and follow-up communications.
Provide day-to-day support for marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing assistant, or similar role.
Experience working in the Food, Beverage, or similar B2C indistru is a strong asset
Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling content.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and database management.
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
Basic video editing experience is an asset.
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
