Maguro Sushi, the original Japanese sushi restaurant, is conveniently located in Ladner, Delta near Tsawwassen & Delta BC Ferries Terminal, and we are looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Cook. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants).

Job description:
- Preparing Japanese meals, and making the sauces being used for those meals.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sautéing as required.
- May Assist the Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen’s hygiene, and ensure safety, quality and sanitation practices are followed.
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: C$ 19.00/hr, based on 30-36 hrs/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
