Covenant Roofing is a new and growing roofing company built on quality workmanship, integrity, and trust. We are looking for an experienced Lead Roofer who can work independently, lead a crew, and help us build the company from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Lead a roofing crew on residential roofing projects
- Complete asphalt shingle roof replacements, repairs, and maintenance
- Identify leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, ventilation problems, rot, soft decking, and other roof concerns
- Work independently and make sound decisions on-site
- Train and support junior roofers/labourers
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate clearly with management, crew members, and clients
- Follow WorkSafeBC and company safety procedures
- Document work, repairs, and issues with photos when needed
Requirements
- Extensive asphalt shingle roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of repairs, leak detection, flashing, underlayment, ventilation, valleys, and roof penetrations
- Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Comfortable working at heights and on sloped roofs
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Fall protection certification preferred
- Own basic roofing tools considered an asset
