The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate, client-focused Kinesiologist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, compassionate, and committed to helping people restore movement, build confidence, and improve their overall function.
You'll work closely with our rehabilitation and performance teams to provide individualized exercise therapy, active rehabilitation, and movement education for a diverse client base ranging from post-injury rehabilitation to athletic performance and long-term health.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive movement and functional assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualized exercise therapy and active rehabilitation programs.
- Guide clients through safe, progressive exercise sessions in both one-on-one and small-group settings.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, reassess outcomes, and modify programs as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and client records.
- Educate clients on movement quality, injury prevention, exercise technique, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Build meaningful relationships that promote accountability, confidence, and long-term success.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services that enhance the client experience.
- Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events when opportunities arise.
- Maintain flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
- Experience providing active rehabilitation or exercise therapy is considered an asset.
- Experience working with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, sport performance, or chronic pain populations is an asset.
- Current First Aid and CPR-C certification.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are considered an asset.
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.
