The Digital Content & Marketing Intern will support the creation and development of digital marketing materials, social media content, and community engagement assets across multiple platforms. This role offers hands-on experience working with digital technologies, AI-assisted design tools, and modern content management platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities Include:

Create and manage custom creative materials for agency clients, including digital marketing assets and campaign materials.

Document project specifications, file naming conventions, and maintain organized client creative files.

Assist in producing quarterly presentations, marketing materials, and outbound client proposals.

Manage creative updates and revisions for custom multichannel campaigns across digital platforms.

Develop creative solutions for projects that require original design beyond standard pre-packaged materials.

Create digital display assets and other creative materials as required, while maintaining proper documentation and file organization.Other duties as assigned related to the team objectives.

Requirements for this position:

Ability to rapidly generate draft visual concepts using digital tools (e.g., template based design platforms or AI assisted image generation) to support early stage creative development and campaign planning.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Canva AI, DALL·E, MidJourney).

Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI applications, and digital media.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a tech-focused team.

Experience in photo editing applications would be an asset (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop Express, or similar).

Familiarity with content management and digital asset organization, including uploading, tagging, and maintaining files in platforms such as Nextcloud, SharePoint, or Google Drive.

Basic experience with social media publishing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or platform-native scheduling tools.

A valid driver’s licence is an asset.
