Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the senior account manager, the role of the account manager is to provide the interface between the client and the technical services of Les Entreprises DBM Reflex Inc. He is the main link between DBM Reflex and the clients for all products and services.
Main tasks

Prepare cost estimates and present them to clients;

Negotiate sales prices;

Establish priorities for upcoming projects based on capacities, workloads, and company directions;

Create awarded projects in the computer system and monitor them throughout production (billing, payment, shipping, and logistics...);

Track sales forecasts;

Collect and share technical information related to various projects;

Communicate constantly with clients and represent them internally;
-
Support and guide representatives abroad; Manage feasibility study requests;

Be alert to client needs to guide DBM's R&D decisions and know our competitors;
-
Ensure technological monitoring and attend conferences related to relevant technologies;

Develop and analyze markets for all new products in research and development.

Being on the lookout for new markets and potential new client relationships to develop;

All other related tasks connected with sales.

Knowledges, education and experience
-
Hold a college diploma in mechanical engineering;
-
1 to 2 years of sales experience (customer relations)

Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is essential;

Knowledge of the injection mold manufacturing process.

Knowledge of basic principles in business and international logistics;
-
Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office 365 suite, Excel, CAD).
