About WELL Health Clinic Network
WELL Health Clinic Network is part of WELL Health Technologies, Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator and a leader in digital health. Our network supports physicians and clinic teams with technology-enabled tools, operational expertise, and administrative support so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
The Role
This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the intersection of field leadership and data intelligence. You will lead CT’s Ontario portfolio — managing a team of Practice Engagement Specialists and owning performance across 45+ primary care clinics — while also building and owning CT’s national governance and analytics function: PowerBI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and the performance reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility across the entire network.
Most organizations separate these two functions. We are combining them deliberately. The person closest to what is happening in clinics is the best person to design the reporting that reflects it. If you are equally comfortable leading a difficult physician conversation and building a PowerBI dashboard from scratch, this role was designed for you.
