Wheel Refinishing Specialist
NuBrite Industries – Surrey, BC
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Refinishing Specialist to join our team. This is not a traditional automotive painting role.
At NuBrite, we specialize in the repair and refinishing of alloy wheels. The work requires a high level of precision, patience, and attention to detail — especially when painting spokes, inner barrels, and achieving clean, consistent finishes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing wheels for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning)
- Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat with a focus on quality and consistency
- Painting detailed areas (spokes, inner faces, lips) with clean, sharp results
- Color matching and working with a variety of wheel finishes
- Inspecting finished wheels to ensure high-quality standards
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is comfortable doing precise, methodical painting work
- Has experience with spray guns and paint systems (automotive, custom, industrial, or even hobby/custom work)
- Can work independently and maintain consistent quality
- Is reliable and takes care of equipment
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience painting wheels or other small/curved parts
- Experience with powder coating or custom finishes
- Background in motorcycle, helmet, or custom part painting
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detailed, focused work rather than high-volume panel painting.
If you take pride in doing things properly and have a steady hand with a spray gun, we’d like to hear from you.
