Requirements
- Physically capable of lifting 50–80 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Ability to follow directions and work within a team
- Clear spoken English required for safety communication
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots required
Bonus Qualifications
The following are considered strong assets and may lead to priority consideration:
- Previous roofing experience (residential or new construction)
- Liability insurance
- Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, or First Aid
- Reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Demonstrated dependability and commitment to quality workmanship
Work Includes
- Residential re-roofing
- New construction roofing
- Asphalt systems and exterior scopes (experience is an asset)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
