Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our crew for upcoming fiber optic infrastructure projects. Whether you're experienced in the fiber division or a hardworking laborer looking to break into a high-growth trade, we want to hear from you. This role requires working on our projects in Alberta on a 28 day on 10 day off rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
- Perform tie inns for conduit and installation of vaults
- Help with site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup under supervision.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
