The Key Responsibilities of the Revenue and Marketing Manager includes;
- Oversee revenue management strategies, forecasting, inventory control, and pricing across all mountain properties
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, seasonality, and demand patterns
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting
- Manage and optimize OTA, CRS, and direct booking channel performance
- Monitor and report key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, website conversion, PPC, and digital marketing performance
- Collaborate with Head Office on marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Ensure all online property content and distribution channels remain current and optimized
- Monitor guest sentiment and online reputation and recommend operational improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with OTAs, tourism partners, wholesalers, and local associations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous hotel revenue management and/or hotel marketing experience required
- Strong understanding of mountain resort and leisure travel markets
- Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, channel managers, OTA extranets, CRM systems, and revenue management tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, PPC, and social media
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
- Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or Revenue Management education considered an asset
