Reporting to the VP of Construction, this role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance while driving revenue and profitability. The organization specializes in medium to large-sized projects ranging from $25M - 100M and offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining profitability
- Manage and organize daily operations, including preparing construction schedules and monitoring progress
- Prepare detailed job cost reports and accurate forecasting
- Develop and submit project budgets, contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and suppliers
- Interpret and manage contractual obligations effectively
- Lead progress meetings, address obstacles, and hold all parties accountable for results
- Implement quality control policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience
- 10+ years of commercial ICI Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing projects ranging from $10M–$50M
- Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures with the ability to implement onsite
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred)
