We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician who specializes in Russian manicures to join our dynamic team. Duties
As a Nail Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with e-file/russian manicure
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend products that meet client needs
