Semi Dump Driver
Capital Ready Mix is hiring a Seasonal Full-Time Semi Dump Driver to start immediately. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual who takes pride in their work and performs well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive a semi dump tractor and trailer to deliver aggregate to our various production facilities
- Safely make float moves periodically as required.
- Assess delivery locations to ensure safe and efficient unloading
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on the tractor and trailer
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck and ensure proper care of equipment
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage daily assignments efficiently under supervisors direction
- Willingness to learn company products and procedures
- Previous semi dump (Live Bottom and/or end dump) driving experience considered an asset
Compensation
- Overtime available after 10 hrs and weekends as required
