Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Drive business development efforts through outreach, networking, and strategic planning
- Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize technology sales expertise to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales pipelines, customer interactions, and reporting
- Conduct analysis of sales data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and foster long-term collaborations
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental communication to enhance team productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or related fields with a focus on technology or technical sales

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis
