As a licensed Automotive Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for Lexus vehicles, ensuring that each service aligns with the highest manufacturing standards. Job Responsibilities
- Utilize proprietary diagnostic tools and software to perform thorough vehicle diagnostics, identifying issues with precision.
- Execute repairs and maintenance on a wide range of components, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, and electrical systems, ensuring each vehicle operates safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks, helping to keep vehicles in optimal condition, as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate mechanical and electrical problems, drawing on your skills and experience to deliver effective solutions.
- Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines and warranty procedures, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all work performed, keeping accurate records to support quality control and customer service.
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations, fostering a safe and responsible working environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating repair and maintenance needs to Service Advisors, enhancing the customer experience.
- Remain current with technical training and certification requirements to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Automotive Service Technician 310S or apprentice license
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (experience in a Lexus dealership would be an asset)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lexus' diagnostic systems would be an asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
Work Environment
- Requires standing, bending, lifting heavy components, and working with tools for extended periods
- May involve occasional overtime and weekend shifts
