Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and activities, with a goal to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with shipping and vehicle loading.
- Receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Order picking, packing, and staging.
- Cycle counting and replenishment.
- Verification and stocking of materials into inventory.
- Ensuring that inventory is stored and protected from damage and readily available for shipment.
- Assisting in annual physical inventory preparation and counts.
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles (i.e. Electric counterbalance).
- Following quality service standards and complying with warehouse and health and safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Offer
- Minimum 1-2 Years previous warehouse experience.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of electric counterbalance experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to problem-solve.
