Hammer's Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor / Project Manager who can quote confidently, close effectively, and keep jobs running on time and on margin.
This is not a seat-warmer role. We're looking for someone who can build relationships with customers and trade partners, represent the company in the field , take real ownership of the sales and project side of the business.

What Success Looks Like
Sales & Business Development
- Present Good/Better/Best equipment and system options clearly and confidently.
- Guide homeowners through decisions on heating, cooling, and comfort upgrades.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, property managers, and trade partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Follow up on quotes and move leads through the pipeline to closed jobs.
- Implement systems for smooth operations.
Project Coordination
- Organize and schedule jobs from signed quote to completed install.
- Coordinate equipment orders, materials, and subcontractors as needed.
- Ensure installs stay on schedule and technicians have what they need to execute.
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the job.
Financial Performance
- Build quotes that protect margin - you understand the numbers, not just the equipment.
- Monitor job costs and flag issues before they become losses.
- Hold the line on scope and pricing without losing the customer.
Customer Experience
- Earn trust through honest recommendations and clear communication.
- Represent Hammer's professionally in every interaction.
- Generate referrals and positive reviews through the quality of your service.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, project coordination, or a related trades environment
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Proven ability to quote accurately and close consistently
- Experience building relationships with trade partners or commercial clients is a strong asset
- Comfortable with field software and basic job costing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

SALARY + COMMISSION
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
