Betty Lou's is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team.
Duties/responsiblities include organization of kitchen workspace, management of products and preparation of food items. This is a unique kitchen position that includes occasional front of house support duties as well, including: water service, bussing tables and bar back tasks. Plenty of opportunity to learn other roles in a busy cocktail bar environment as well!
Kitchen experience is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work with a team as well as be self sufficient.
