Inland Property Management Ltd. is searching for an self driven receptionist/data entry clerk to start immediately.
*Note: This position is 80% Reception and 20% Data Entry*
Duties include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
- Monitoring general email inboxes, prioritizing and forwarding messages, and replying as required
- Collecting, sorting, distributing, and filing correspondence and mail
- Assist Accounting Department with data entry, document retention, and various other requests
- Processing document order requests for Condominium properties
- Performing other clerical duties as required
Candidates must:
- have experience in an office environment
- Sage Accounting experience would be considered an asset
- have a valid Class 5 drivers license
- be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based programs
- possess above-average language and grammar skills
- complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- display initiative and be able to multi-task
- be punctual and regular in attendance
- be positive, professional, and organized
- work well in a team environment
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
