We are seeking a talented and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a natural and beautiful look for each client
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments based on individual preferences and eye shapes
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Manage duties such as greeting clients and processing payments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and follow-up care recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience with eyelash extensions application preferred; certification or training is a plus
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
