Job Opportunity – Front Desk / Customer Service Representative
Morala Trading is looking for a full-time Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product inquiries.
- Process sales and prepare customer orders.
- Lift and move coffee machines when required.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable.
- Support the team with general daily operations.
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Able to lift and move coffee machines (up to 25–30 kg).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Training will be provided to the right candidate.
