As a Senior Account Executive, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will support and execute influencer and creator marketing programs for leading brands. Working closely with account teams, creators and clients, you will help identify the right talent, manage partnerships, track performance and contribute to strategies that drive engagement and business results.

About the Role:
Creator Identification & Partnership Management: Support influencer and creator discovery, evaluation and relationship management across a variety of campaigns, audiences and platforms.
Creator Strategy & Campaign Execution: Contribute to creator marketing strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, budgets and campaign goals. Help manage programs from planning through execution and reporting.
Content Development & Creator Collaboration: Partner with creators to guide content development, creative execution and messaging while helping ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
Measurement & Performance Reporting: Track program performance, analyze results and help translate campaign metrics into insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Client Management & Team Collaboration: Support day-to-day client work, manage timelines and collaborate across account, digital, paid media and creative teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay informed on emerging creator trends, platform updates and industry developments, helping bring new ideas and opportunities to clients and teams.
About You:
2+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, social media or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
Experience supporting creator and influencer programs across paid and earned campaigns.
Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing landscape and major social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Experience working directly with creators, influencers or content partners to support campaign execution and content development.
Familiarity with influencer measurement, engagement metrics and performance reporting.
Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and creator marketing best practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and timelines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with creators, clients and internal teams.
Experience contributing to campaign reporting, insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with paid amplification, whitelisting or creator content promotion strategies.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for social media, creator culture and emerging trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting creator programs for consumer brands.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms, social listening tools or reporting platforms.
Background in content creation, social strategy or paid media.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD/yr
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges cannot exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.
