Position: Junior HVAC Estimator
Are you looking to start your career in the HVAC industry? Aqua Air Systems is seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Estimator to join our team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the HVAC Sales Lead and working closely with other senior estimators, you’ll assist in preparing cost estimates for HVAC products and projects. You’ll learn to analyze plans, review specifications, and source competitive pricing from suppliers while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior estimators in preparing accurate equipment estimates.
- Review drawings, bid documents, and manufacturer specifications.
- Assist with sourcing and pricing HVAC products such as grilles, diffusers, fans, and filters.
- Maintain organized project documentation and timelines.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or coursework in HVAC, Engineering, or Estimation (or equivalent experience).

- Previous experience in HVAC or construction is an asset but not required.
Compensation
- Wage will be determined and reviewed based on the candidate's credentials, experience, and qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
