Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as a passion for automobiles.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets, ensuring all areas are spotless.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as needed to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may require attention, reporting findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina is required; candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials.
