About the Role:
As a New Home Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers. You will guide clients through the home purchasing journey, showcase model homes and communities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers through the full home purchasing process
- Showcase model homes and community offerings to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and construction teams
- Provide exceptional customer service from first contact to closing
- Represent Crystal Homes professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Previous real estate experience is considered an asset (licensed or willingness to obtain licensing preferred)
- Professional, driven, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
