2 Project Coordinators for our client in Regina, SK. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced project professionals to support the coordination of IT infrastructure and technical requirements across multiple capital construction and renovation projects.
Working closely with project managers, technical teams, healthcare stakeholders, and construction partners, you will play a key role in ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business and operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate IT infrastructure project activities and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders throughout design, construction, implementation, and transition phases
-
Support project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and execution activities
-
Manage and track procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services
-
Assist with budget development, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting
-
Maintain project documentation, records, and governance artifacts
-
Track project risks, issues, decisions, and escalations
-
Provide onsite project coordination and implementation support
-
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and manage action items
-
Work closely with project and program management teams to support project scope and delivery objectives
-
Coordinate end-user reviews, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities
-
Support successful project delivery while ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and business requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification required
-
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure initiatives within capital construction or renovation projects
-
Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting IT projects within the healthcare sector
-
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
-
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and technology standards
-
Experience managing software and infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $2 million is considered an asset
-
Experience supporting teams of more than five full-time resources is considered an asset
-
Experience in enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems
-
Knowledge of organizational change management principles and large-scale user impacts
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development skills
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
-
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, risk management, and multitasking abilities
-
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
