Engineering Manager
The Engineering Administrator provides essential administrative and organizational assistance to the Engineering, Warranty, Service, and Research & Development (R&D) departments. This position ensures accurate documentation, timely information flow, and consistent administrative processes that support technical operations and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Enter, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) information with a high degree of accuracy.

Verify part numbers, descriptions, revisions, and supporting documentation to ensure data integrity.

Coordinate with Engineering and R&D personnel to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.

Assist with the creation, formatting, revision, approval, and archiving of controlled documents.

Enter and maintain sales orders into internal system (WERPS).

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for drawings, specifications, test reports, service bulletins, and warranty documentation.

Ensure compliance with departmental naming conventions, revision standards, and document control procedures.

Prepare, distribute, and track controlled documents for internal stakeholders.

Provide administrative support including data entry, scanning, file maintenance, and report preparation.

Assist with compiling technical information for service manuals, warranty claims, engineering change requests, and prototype documentation.

Support R&D and Service teams by organizing test records, prototype files, and field feedback documentation.

Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure alignment of documentation and processes.

2–3 years of administrative experience manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively depending on departmental needs.

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience providing administrative support to Engineering or technical teams is considered a strong asset.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, and/or Vault is an asset (basic navigation, file management, or data entry).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and document control systems.

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

Mainly work in office environment, but will require the ability to move through production areas
