Our client, a respected property management organization based in Bedford, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Property Administrator to support a portfolio of properties through exceptional leasing coordination, administrative expertise, and customer service. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:

Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to operations and management teams

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as required

Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper-based files and records
-
Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and internal documents
-
Support data entry, tracking, and reporting related to operational and administrative activities
-
Assist with processing documentation related to tenants, vendors, and internal workflows
-
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
-
Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, mail, and general office organization
-
Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure continuity during peak workload periods
Experience & Attributes for Success:
-
Proven 2+ years experience in a versatile administrative assistant or office support role
-
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is considered an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative
