We are a luxury travel company specialising in bespoke journeys to Ireland and the UK, with typical client spend starting from $10,000+ per person.
We are seeking experienced sales professionals who are confident managing client relationships, guiding decisions, and closing high-value bookings.
This role is best suited to individuals who are comfortable leading conversations and taking ownership of results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and company-generated enquiries
- Building and developing your own pipeline through targeted outreach
- Designing and selling bespoke luxury travel experiences
- Leading client calls with clarity and confidence
- Handling objections and guiding clients toward a decision
- Maintaining consistent and professional follow-up
- Closing high-value bookings
This is a sales-focused role, not a planning or administrative position.
Pipeline & Prospecting
While you will receive high-quality inbound enquiries, success in this role comes from actively building and managing your own pipeline.
You will be expected to:
- Develop opportunities beyond inbound leads
- Engage with prospective clients through structured outreach
- Leverage channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks
- Take full ownership of your pipeline and activity levels
We provide structure, tools, and support — but results are driven by your initiative.

Performance Expectations

Compensation
- Commission-based structure
- Typical monthly earnings currently range from $4,000 – $10,000 depending on performance
- This is based on current team performance — we are actively building toward higher earning potential as the model scales
- Expect 3-6 months ramp up period
Onboarding & Ramp-Up:
This role includes a structured onboarding and training period, alongside a 3–6 month ramp-up phase as you build your pipeline and begin converting opportunities.
During this time, you will:
- Learn our sales process and systems
- Build product knowledge across Ireland and the UK
- Develop and manage your pipeline
- Begin closing your own bookings
This role is designed for individuals who want their earnings directly tied to performance and long-term growth.
The Opportunity
You will be representing a premium brand and working with clients who value expertise, service, and attention to detail.
You will be supported by:
- Franchise level training systems and sales processes
- An established luxury brand
- A dedicated operations team managing delivery on the ground
Your focus is to build relationships, guide decisions, and convert opportunities into bookings.
