We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all tables are properly set and sanitized before serving.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Skills
- Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
