- Managing reservations
- Greeting guests and escorting them to tables and assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations; and take their orders;
- Assisting customers and creating a positive dining environment, engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience;
- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns, Resolving customer issues or complaints
- Waiting tables and serving beverages
- Bringing food or other items to guests
- Prepare drink order, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age;
- Managing inventory at FOH
- Handle take-out orders in person and over the phone; manage delivery orders with BOH,
- Maintain cleanliness of the FOH;
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
- Clear tables/maintain FOH cleanliness and a clean customer area; maintain a clean cafe environment;
- Expo Food (Prep Plates for Delivery to Tables and To-Go Boxes);
- Help with events;
- Know and promote menu items;
- Help with dishes;
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
