What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Shop: Oversee shop flow and mentor junior techs.
- Master Diagnostics: Tackle the complex electrical and mechanical faults others can’t fix.
- Quality Control: Ensure the job is done right the first time.
- Tech Savvy: Use digital inspections to document findings.
What You Need:
- Valid 310S License (Ontario).
- 8+ Years Experience (You know your way around a shop).
- Strong Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency with late model electronics and software.
- Leadership: You can manage a team and talk to service advisors without the drama.
- Own Tools & Class G License.
