We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Manager to join our Brampton team and help lead our restaurant to continued success.

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations while inspiring and developing our team. You will help create a positive workplace culture, drive operational excellence, and ensure every Guest leaves happy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Front of House and Back of House team members
- Creating a fun, positive, and team-focused work environment
- Ensuring outstanding Guest experiences through excellent service and hospitality
- Supporting daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Managing labour, food costs, inventory, and operational standards
- Handling Guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally
- Ensuring all health, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained
- Supporting sales growth and helping achieve restaurant goals
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Key Holder, or similar role preferred)
- A passion for hospitality and creating great Guest experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
