We're helping a thriving custom fabrication and machine shop find a sharp, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep their floor humming. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on variety — they'll maintain and repair CNC machines, welders, lathes, mills, and hydraulic systems, while supporting equipment moves, shop improvements, and custom fabrication projects. Our client values real-world experience and mechanical smarts over formal credentials, and offers a collaborative environment where skills directly impact project success. If you know a problem-solver who takes ownership and wants to join a skilled team that gets the job done right, send them our way — we'd love to make the connection.
