Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing of patients’ teeth
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide oral health education and personalized care instructions to patients
- Assist in the management of patient records using Tracker dental software
- Support the dental team with procedures related to orthodontics, pediatrics, or other specialties as required
- Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during treatment
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up care instructions
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Must be available to work two Sundays a month at least
- Knowledge of orthodontics procedures is preferrable
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach toward patients of all ages
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
