At Aryze Design, we build high-converting websites and offer marketing packages for financial advisory firms looking to scale their practice. We’re seeking a results-driven strategic Marketing Coordinator whose primary focus is driving more qualified leads—both for Aryze Design and for our clients. The more leads you generate, the more opportunity you’ll have to grow and scale within the agency.

- You will create persuasive, well-crafted copy for websites, emails, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with each client’s goals and brand voice.
- You will collaborate closely with our design team to bring marketing concepts to life, providing direction and strategy to ensure visuals support campaign objectives; light design work may be requested occasionally.
- You will analyze performance data to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You will manage and schedule marketing activities across platforms including Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and Kit to maintain consistent and strategic communication.
- You will leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and enhance marketing output—integrating AI thoughtfully into day-to-day responsibilities while maintaining brand voice and quality.
- You will support administration and project coordination tasks as required to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- You will manage administration tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy and adapt seamlessly between various marketing platforms and tools, including Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Kit, and Google Tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in areas such as messaging clarity, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
- Considered an asset but not required: experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, and Figma; ability to contribute light design work is appreciated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Considered a significant asset but not required: experience with Webflow or similar web design platforms, along with UI/UX awareness and familiarity with HTML & CSS.
