SAYWELL DEVELOPMENTS LTD is a well established General Contractor and Construction Management Company looking for 2 construction labourer / carpenter helpers. Our primary work is multi-family residential and commercial work, including building demolition, large scale renovations and all facets of new construction.
As a Construction Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, reporting to the Site Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include general clean-up, grading, digging, fence building & assisting with various tasks on-site, such as carpentry and material handling, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Strong communication skills will be vital for collaborating with team members and following instructions. By leveraging your core skills in construction techniques and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute significantly to the successful execution of our construction projects. Job sites are in NANAIMO. Every employee is required to have own, tool belt, basic tools, basic PPE & Valid Drivers License/Vehicle. We are looking for employees who are dependable, team players, with excellent work ethic and strong communication skills. Attention to detail and a positive work attitude is a must.
