Duties

- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements.
