Responsibilities
- Input shipping lists into the CRM system (MarketSharp), create installation events, and confirm product arrivals.
- Book product deliveries with vendors, align timelines with installations, and adjust calendars as needed.
- Create and upload accurate work orders, track completion, and coordinate follow-up service when required.
- Schedule measurement appointments within 7 days, ensure work orders are complete, and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Respond to emails within 1 business day and maintain proactive communication with staff and clients.
- Stay up to date on product updates, participate in training, and work with your manager on professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and strong at problem-solving.
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software (MarketSharp experience an asset).
- Be open to adapting to and learning new software programs as needed.
- A strong customer service focus is essential.
