We are a Canadian manufacturer of healthcare furniture with a strong brand and product line focused on Long Term Care Residences.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, quoting opportunities, processing sales orders, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond promptly and communicate effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Support the sales manager and sales team in creating accurate and easy to understand quotes and proposals
- Maintain organized records through filing, data entry, and proofreading of sales documents and correspondence
- Support delivery coordinator scheduling and operations as needed
- Assist with customer support by providing product information and resolving issues effectively
- Assist in managing and execution of Sales/Marketing tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, sales administration, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Spire, Zoho
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Creating and processing customer quotes with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in healthcare furniture or furniture in general is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including typing and proofreading abilities

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
