WOLF is hunting for a driven full-time Inside Sales Engineer, Business based in Aurora, Ontario.
We are looking for a technically strong Inside Sales Engineer who excels at operational excellence and has the potential to grow into a confident technical contributor in customer-facing situations.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you will work closely with Senior Business Development Engineers. You will own critical sales operations tasks while progressively developing into a technical partner on sales calls and meetings.
As our Inside Sales Engineer, you’ll:
- Maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene: Create and manage leads, opportunities, activities, quotes, and attachments with high accuracy
- Prepare and quality-check quotes: Including pricing, shipping terms, tariffs, and documentation
- Own post-sales processes: RMAs, loaners, ship status tracking, legal/quality approvals, and production coordination
- Handle inbound leads: With professional outreach and complete documentation
- Take detailed technical meeting notes: Distribute action items, and ensure proper logging in Salesforce
- Track and coordinate customer POs, approvals, and status updates
- Build and maintain organized internal tracking systems and processes
- Provide timely, professional support: To both internal teams and customers
- Grow into technical sales support: Serve as a technical partner on customer calls and meetings, assisting the Business Development Engineer with technical explanations, answering questions, and helping advance discussions
- Serve as reliable backup support: During Business Development travel or time out of office, ensuring continuity of operations and customer responsiveness
Got a post-secondary degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related technical field? We definitely want to hear from you! - Industry Exposure: Any familiarity with manufacturing, defence, technical sales, or customer support environments will be considered an asset
