As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide essential support to the Contents team by managing the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The Technical Side of What You’ll Do
- Oversee the logistics, flow, and organization of the warehouse
- Manage the daily processing in the warehouse
- Manage and ownership of all non-restorables
- Ensure staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying and vaulting techniques
- Oversee fleet vehicles for contents to ensure supplies and equipment are stocked
- Oversee supplies for inventory and ordering
- Oversee equipment for tracking, inventory and maintenance
- Effectively work with all subtrades
- Ensure warehouse paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Provide backup support to the Production Administrator and Contents Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an warehouse supervisor or lead in the restoration industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
