We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in person and over the phone, processing orders, data entry, and supporting daily operations within a showroom/warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Assist with general warehouse/showroom duties as needed
- Lift up to 30 lbs
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- 5 years of experience in administrative and customer service - required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Fluent in Tagalog and English - Plus
