Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at our golf course. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, assist customers with their needs, and ensure the smooth operation of the pro shop. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, looking to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist customers with purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area
- Answer questions about course amenities, tee times, and other services offered
- Manage guest inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Restock merchandise as needed and ensure displays are attractive and inviting
- Support event setup and assist during special tournaments or events as required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of golf products or experience working in a retail environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest interactions

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
