Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced skim coaters and painters with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on residential and light commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skim coating on ceilings and walls to achieve smooth finishes
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, patching, priming)
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in skim coating and/or painting
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physically able to handle lifting, standing, and overhead work
