WE'RE HIRING – CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS
Gobbo Contracting Inc. is hiring construction labourers for:
- Waterproofing
- House Raising
- Excavation
- Demolition
Sudbury & Surrounding Areas
This is physically demanding work with early mornings, late nights, long days, weekend work, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
PAY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Waterproofing and foundation work
- Excavation and demolition
- Mixing cement and parging
- Manual labour (shovelling, raking, lifting materials)
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating tools and assisting with equipment operation
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year construction experience
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Physically strong and capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow direction
ASSETS:
- Waterproofing, excavation, or foundation experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Trailer towing and backing
- Power tool experience
- WHMIS certification
- Mechanically inclined
