- Financial institution (FI) experience

Expertise using AI-driven tools to generate or transform assets

Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research
- A degree in design or a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centred design, design strategy, design management, human factors, human-computer interaction, etc.)
- 5 years of experience as a UX designer
